How does the service work?
After payment, our team distributes your app within our community of +1,000 developers. Applications show up directly on your dashboard. You have nothing to do.
What is the difference between the 3 packs?
Only the number of recruited testers: 12 for Starter (the minimum required by Google Play), 17 for Growth, 30 for Scale. The service (distribution, targeting, tracking) is identical in all 3 packs.
Which pack should I choose?
Starter is enough if you only want to validate the Google Play 12-tester requirement. Growth or Scale are recommended if you want a safety margin (inactive testers are replaced) or more reviews to improve your app before launch.
What if I do not have a campaign yet?
No problem. Create your campaign first, then come back to order your Concierge pack.
How long does it take to receive my testers?
The first testers usually arrive within 48 to 72 hours after payment. Recruitment then continues until the pack's tester target is reached.
What happens if I do not reach my goal?
Our team continues recruitment beyond 72 hours if necessary, at no extra cost, until the target number of testers is reached.
Can I add testers later?
Yes. If a Concierge order is already active on your campaign, you can add +10 extra testers for $10 at any time, without paying for the full pack again.
Can I order multiple times?
Yes. Each order generates a new broadcast - useful if you want more testers or have updated the app.
What are the tester profiles?
Mainly Android developers, capable of giving precise technical feedback and reporting bugs.
Is the payment refundable?
Since the service is executed immediately after payment (recruitment launched within 48–72h), orders are not refundable once recruitment has started.
