Developers
Is it free to publish an application?
No. Creating your first campaign is free. Each additional campaign costs 5 USD.
How long does it take to find 12 testers?
Most developers get their 12 testers in less than 48 hours on TestMonApp.
How are testers selected?
You, the developer, decide. You accept or reject each application from your dashboard.
What is the difference between an Android app and a Web app?
For Android, testers receive a Google Play link (closed testing). For a Web app, they directly receive your application URL.
What happens if a review is deemed irrelevant?
The developer receives an email informing them. The review is no longer visible publicly and does not earn points for the tester.
Testers
Do I need to create an account to test an app?
No. Just fill in the signup form with your email to register for a campaign.
Is my email visible publicly?
No. Your email is only transmitted to the owner of the campaign you register for, and hidden everywhere else on the platform.
How do I receive my access once accepted?
As soon as the developer accepts your application, you automatically receive an email with the access link and testing instructions.
How is the monthly leaderboard score calculated?
3 points per tested application (accepted registration) + 1 point per submitted feedback. The total determines your rank in the Top Testers.
How are Top Testers rewards distributed?
50 CAD is shared between the top 3 each month: 25 CAD to the 1st, 15 CAD to the 2nd, and 10 CAD to the 3rd, paid between the 1st and 6th of the following month.
Concierge Service
How does the Concierge Service work?
After payment, our team distributes your app in our network of developers. Signups arrive directly in your dashboard, with no action required from your side.
Can I order Concierge multiple times?
Yes. Each order generates a new distribution — useful if you want more testers or updated your application.
