14-Day Google Play Requirement: how to validate it stress-free
Since late 2023, Google requires your app to be tested by at least 12 users for 14 consecutive days. Here's how to meet this requirement easily.

Strategy to validate the 14 days without interruption
Recruit 15–20 testers instead of 12
Plan a margin. If 2–3 testers disengage along the way, you stay above 12 without risk.
Send a reminder at D+7
Halfway through, contact your testers (via TestMonApp) to make sure they are still active and have installed the app.
