Do I need to create an account to test an application?

No. Testers do not need an account. Just fill in the signup form with your email. If accepted, you will receive all instructions by email.

Why do I need to add the tester's email to Google Play before accepting them?

This is a constraint imposed by Google Play: a tester must first be invited to your testing program before they can download the beta version. On your dashboard, the candidate's email is displayed in a confirmation window - add it to Play Console, then confirm acceptance on TestMonApp.

How much does it cost to create a campaign?

The first campaign is free. Each additional campaign costs $5. The Concierge Service (full management by our team) is available starting at $20.

How are testers selected?

The developer decides. They can accept or decline each application from their dashboard. The Concierge Service manages this step for you.

Can I edit my application after creation?

Yes - description, logo, instructions, Play Store link, visibility: everything is editable at any time. The phase (testing / published) cannot be changed after creation.

How do testers receive their access?

As soon as you accept a tester, they automatically receive an email with the Google Play link and testing instructions you entered. A reminder is sent 4 days later to encourage them to leave their review.

What happens if my review is deemed irrelevant?

You will receive an email informing you. The review will no longer be visible publicly and will not earn points. We encourage detailed and constructive feedback (minimum 100 characters).
