Floating Timer

Floating Timer displays a timer, stopwatch or clock in a small floating window that the user explicitly chooses to display over other applications (the "Display" button in the configuration screen). The foreground service is what allows this floating window to remain visible and interactive (drag-and-drop, pause, reset, close) while the user uses another application in the foreground.
