ANDROID CLOSED BETA TESTING & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (NDA)

BETWEEN:
1. Developer / Studio: Mon Studio / Développeur ("The Developer"), contact: contact@monapp.com
AND:
2. The Beta Tester: The user accepted into the closed testing program ("The Tester").
REGARDING THE ANDROID APPLICATION:
Name of the App: Mon Application Android
1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
The Developer grants the Tester personal, revocable, and non-exclusive access to test the pre-release version of "Mon Application Android" on the Google Play closed test track.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY (NDA)
The Tester agrees not to disclose, publish, distribute, screenshot, or share any unpublished feature, UI/UX design, or data concerning the application before its official public launch on Google Play Store.
3. FEEDBACK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and ideas submitted by the Tester become the exclusive property of the Developer, free of royalties and without territorial or time limitations.
4. NO WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The application is provided "AS IS" for testing purposes. The Developer does not guarantee that the software is bug-free or crash-free. The Tester uses the application at their own risk.
5. TESTER INCENTIVES & PERKS
In exchange for active participation and feedback during the closed test: Accès VIP et remerciements dans les crédits.
6. TERMINATION
The Developer may terminate access to the test build at any time without prior notice.
